Seems interesting how long Skenes is in there don't know what the broadcasters are saying

They've been splitting catcher 50/50 the whole way. Cal, then Will Smith, then Cal again. .
Cal is 0-9, but has had a few walks and scored a run in the win against Canada.
He'll start in the championship.

In the Canada game he finally got ahold of one and missed a homerun, just foul, by about 10 feet at 110+ mph.

So U.S. advances after two awful strike 3 calls against D.R. in the 8th and 9th innings. What a joke. But no worries, they'll have the challenge system in place next time. :roll:

Feel sorry for those DR fans. It must've been like watching the Ms get screwed in NY x 100 for them.
