And in a related item, Alec Baldwin says he didn't pull the trigger! So apparently, according to him, the gun did it by itself! Moron.

I think it's pretty obvious he meant he didn't pull the trigger with the intent to kill someone. There's nuance and context to this that is being intentionally omitted for the sake of dramatic headlines. Remember when the media completely distorted Trump's words and people were piling on him because he didn't 'denounce white supremacy"? That's EXACTLY what this feels like. Remember all the 'hatred' aimed at Trump? Well, now y'all are doing the same thing at Baldwin and it's completely disingenuous, IMO. This is a shitty tragedy that is clearly not his fault, and piling on him 'because it feels good' and in spite of the clear evidence it's not his fault - is exactly what the crazy leftists do - just like Rittenhouse endured. If you want to do exactly what the insane leftists do - don't complain about them doing while your doing it. That's hypocritical. Hating Baldwin for political reasons doesn't mean he murdered someone. Why can't people rise above the hate? I just don't get it. It is no different than CNN or MCNBC spewing nonsense to fuel hate and rage. Take a step in his shoes and imagine how shitty this is for him - accidentally killing a friend because some dipshit didn't do her job. Some people just desperately need someone or something to hate. I guess that makes them feel better about themselves. It's really sad.

Wow, Alec has been coached up on gun safety.

What about the people saying all that Alec was saying right after it happened is, "what have I just done".

It would have been nice if he would have come out and said that he never pulled the trigger at the beginning.

I'll admit I have never been a Baldwin fan and yes, it likely was click bait.

Thanks for sharing - I still think this was edited - or something. However the gun went off - it went off. Zero denying that. I think this is Baldwin doing damage control against civil lawsuit - this type of 'interview' is PR 101. The dude interviewing him is a 'friend of the court' and a fucking hack.

I met him back when I worked at CAA - early 2000's. He was a bit arrogant, but you never get the full brunt of it when they come into the agency. I'll tell you who else I met - long before they got cancelled - was Kevin Spacey - and he was fucking creepy. We had an event next to CAA at the Mosaic Hotel and he was there - kinda blatantly eye fucking all the young guys. I had NO idea of his sexuality - never even thought about it up until that point - but I'll never forget that. he was a fucking predator for sure. It was obvious. a couple of us all saw the same thing and were like... whoa. This was when he was flying high as an actor and was a big shot. I'll never forget that. I still cringe.

Kinda like you want to take a bath in Lysol just to get rid of the creepy feeling you got just from looking at the guy. I get it.

There are so many "important" people out there who feel they are God's gift to mankind because everybody they know over the past ga-jillion decades have told them how wonderful they are. After a while, they begin to believe they are better than everyone else because, that's what they have been told! Why would they lie? The queen of this type of thought process is Babs Streisand. Never graduated from High School, but knows everything there is to know about everything!

I have watched this guy before and he is literally the only relatively unbiased person that CNN employs. And he is stunned about natural immunity.
