Funny, that video proves the kids KNEW they were wearing masks and they weren't like wearing a different pair of shoes. I think it's too late for the Dems. They went way way way too far and a lot of their supporters are fleeing. It's too late. Abrams, Garcetti, Newsome's mask hypocrisy is everywhere. Dems are fleeing to FOX news. The tide has turned. Let's just hope the GOP is better - and that they do not get too much power and abuse it. Mask mandates ending here in Cal on the 15th - which is just a perfect display of Dem cluelessness - Valentine's Day is the 14th. You cannot make up this kind of stupidity.

Yep they say they are ending them because cases are down. Yeah they are down from astronomical Omicron peak levels but still higher than any time pre Omicron. Science tells them so!

I have real concern for the next generation of kids whose lives are based on social isolation by seeking connection and validation on line. That, in itself, is going to emerge as the next social disease/game changer when you really think about it. Add in the young kids in masks and the isolation the government put them through during their most important formative years of growth - and you are exponentially compounding the problem - and the damage. What is the next gen going to look like having to live through extreme isolation? This will be great for sociologists studies and therapists, but it cannot be good for the overall heath of an entire generation. Who is going to be held accountable? So glad I missed out on computers as a kid and learned to be active and to live in the real world. There is this fucking insane push for people to live outside of reality - tik tok, twitter, etc, and now with the push into VR and that metaverse nonsense - what reality are future generations going to be living in? Aren't people concerned about this? Or are we just gonna ignore the potential consequences so the rich can get richer and the consolidation of power and influence can continue it's proliferation? What about the consequences???
