MM on it
"He just made an emotional decision and we got to pick him up," coach Mike Macdonald said of Woolen. "That's not the time to point (the finger), get all upset. You've got to go play the next play and score and go rebound back and go back. Riq came back and played well the rest of the game. So I mean, it literally is like '12 As One'. Just keep picking each other up."

And the mariners blow the WS by a couple of innings, how crazy would that have been
Hopefully the limp dicks will get inspired but I doubt it...
You mean like change the approach? Dipoto just won executive of the year for Christ's sake with his approach. Sure he is feeling inspired to change things up
Yep and you can bet your ass he cares more about winning that complete bullshit award than winning a WS title.

Guys talk shit all game long. I promise you that fucker Nakua was talking all game, and likely Stafford. Riq let his emotions get the best of him, but that was a chickenshit call, and not a flag that should have been thrown at that time.

But Jesus, who the Fuck Cares!? We just won the God Damn NFCCG. Who gives a shit about Riq making a mistake? The dude played damn good football this year.
With all due respect, we will have trouble figuring out what to talk about for the next two weeks without discussing
things like Woolen. I think taunting is the dumbest and most hypocritical flag in football. The whole team can
celebrate in the endzone after an interception and taunt the opposing team's fans, but you can't talk shit to the other
team in some arbitrary way? That's ridiculous. 15 yards for a flag (usually) after the whistle. You could tell there was
a point in that game where the refs chose to make their presence known. It started on a Rams kickoff return where
they called the Rams for a ticky tac block in the back of Bobo. I knew they'd turn around get the Hawks for something
stupid and they did. They never quit throwing flags after that and luckily we got one for the hold on Kupp. Overall,
in hindsight, the flags balanced out, but I don't like to see the refs take that much of a role in how a nail-biter is
going to turn out.
That's the thing you can argue all day about it being a dumb rule but guess what it is the rule and the officials are trained and paid to call so they are going to do just that so all you have to do to not get a penalty is not do it. How fucking hard is that? And is it worth the amazing joy you get doing it to risk getting a soul crushing penalty for doing it. Imagine if we had lost. He would have been the biggest goat in NFL history. Would that have been worth the intense pleasure he got from doing it???

It may be that I don't understand a dead ball taunting penalty but shouldn't the result of the 4th down play stood and the ball belong to the Seahawks and the penalty assessed against our offense instead of the giving the Rams a first down?

I mean the play was over and it should have been Seahawks ball.
Great question.

I'm saying is he's got an ego as big as a house, he feels his approach has been working and further more it's been reinforced by his peers. I really don't see where he's going to reflect on it and decide to change things, but let's see.

So this is the most unlikely SB terms of preseason betting odds ever. I can buy that

Totally agree on all points. They are indisputable.

Apparently he was warned by a ref after the initial taunting and his response was to run along the Rams sideline trash talking the rest of the team? If that's really what happened then the guy is hopeless and letting him walk is a bigger no-brainer than it was with DK.
