Virus Schmirus
Re: Virus Schmirus
Will be curious to see how long it takes for the media to start reporting the slowing growth rates if they continue.

Agreed.
They’ve only posted good news begrudgingly thus far, plus it wouldn’t fit into their goal of pushing panic through predictions.
Kinda pissed that Trump allowed himself to be persuaded by Fauci’s fear mongering statement of 100000 dead yesterday. These over the top models have all proven to be grossly overstated so far. Quit making decisions off them!!!!!

It’s a lose lose proposition, if The president doesn’t keep the lid on this thing than his critics will crucify him. We are not likely to loosen things up for at least 3 weeks, sadly the 30% of americans who can’t save from each paycheck and live that way are likely in real trouble from this. I feel for them, I have a few workers that can never make it to payday, This is a disease that needs addressing and there are several reasons for it, some self inflicted some taught by parents, I have given a book to any worker who endeavors to climb out of that pain....Rich Dad-Poor Dad. I find it has helped a few get out of the rat race, but sadly most just don’t make the effortgodawgs28 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 30, 2020 1:38 pmAgreed.

D-train: Have you published the day by day numbers for your model? I hope and pray that you are correct that (as your diagrams show) the NUMBER of new cases (not just the rate of growth of new case) is declining by April 5. Also, what source do you use to track the daily cases and deaths? The CDC site only reports on weekdays.D-train wrote: ↑Mon Mar 30, 2020 12:02 pmHe was talking about 100k-200k deaths. My money's on Fauci, but my heart is with Warner. I'll gladly lose the money.Double Mocha Man wrote: ↑Sun Mar 29, 2020 11:54 pmA battle for the ages! Soon on PPV. Warner vs. Fauci.![]()
