Re: Who will be the OD SS game thread
I want to see Emerson play the majority of the season at AAA.

These dopes on X think the Inf should be Colt, Cole and JP and Donovan can just fill in and give guys days off when they are so exhausted on Sundays and Wednesdays that they can't even manage to get their uniforms on without an assisted living nurse in the Club house.

That's a good point. Of course, seems like they always wash out or get extensions before we have to worry about their six years of service being up anyways.D-train wrote: ↑Thu Mar 19, 2026 7:33 pmI would prefer to not start Colt's clock if JP will be back in a few weeks. Colt is currently 11th most likely to win AL ROY at +2200. I am not making any decisions based on those odds.
I would go Rivas at SS and let's give Brock Rodden and his 1.090 OPS a shot at UT. People are talking about Dylan Moore coming back since he opted out.
.472 OPS this Spring. Cooked AF.
They definitely don't need to be rushing Emerson up though. Same thing that ruined Kelenic imo.
How we feeling about Refsnyder and his .556 OPS so far? We can chalk it up to spring training stats dont matter I guess..
But looking like the right handed side of our designated HITTER can't hit to me.
Only thing worse seems to be the backup catcher competition. Garver at a .535 OPS and Knizner at .345.
Oh well, Cal should be catching most days anyways.
