I don't remember the exact rule, but it has something to do with the ranking and or record of the best Non Power 5 school. They stopped caring anyway. I have a ton of streaming services. At 1st it was 5.99$ /mo. for netflix. (Hulu was free) but now Netflix is around 20$, Amazon, Peacock, Paramount, etc. And there is never enough to get all the games I want. Every once in a while there was a game on PAC-12, or ESPN, 2, 3, 4 etc.
