Do you think we could sell 54% signs on line and finance everyone's trip to spring training? Maybe "Nothing personal, just business" on he other sid

Jerry will probably get one or both and at the trade deadline will lament how the best laid plans failed again because they just didn't perform up to expectations....

I don't get the Gurriel love especially.

He wasn't even a guy you'd worry about when we played the Blue Jays.

So he's not going to be the type to fix our team..

Not sure why Jerry overcomplicates everything, just get the best hitters available, stop trying to moneyball it with a certain niche like "contact" hitters.

btw WHY do we need to focus on RH bats when we have Julio, France, Geno, Cal as a SH and Moore and possibly Hunt or Murphy when everyone knows that T Mobile is tougher on RH hitters????
I would assume he wants a righty because they tend to handle lefties better.

But why not just add a left handed bat who handles lefties AND righties?

If he weren't such a pussy he'd go get Soto.

Bellinger hit .337/.388/.596/.984 against lefties in '23.

But alas, Jerry is a fraud.
He used to fairly clever with his deception but now he isn't even trying. He literally give ZERO Fucks.
Why would the M's want to be able to "handle" lefties on the mound more than righties considering there are more of the latter than the former? Oh wait. There are far more right-handed bats and thus they are cheaper. THAT is likely the impetus behind Dipshito's, and ownership's, thinking.
