Here's a guy's dream lineup projection, ohtani, Peterson and Anderson...

https://sodomojo.com/posts/dream-marine ... hf1yz45gpe
Pederson over Soto is quite a dream. I told a guy this morning that Tommy Pham was the last player in all of MLB I would want on the M's. I was wrong. It is Anderson.
Sometimes people just throw darts it appears.
Joc is a platoon guy.

Anderson? Why would you? His life is a mess. I guess you sign him to a prove-it deal and hope for a rebound like this years Bellinger (AJ) .

GoldSchmidt: I don't see a package that gets it done that makes for a wise decision from JD's perspective. He is a kin to Pete Alonso.

Ohtani: Fk yes!

Just bizarre. Dream lineup Would be:

JP SS
Soto RF
Julio CF
Otani DH
Bellinger LF
Gorman 3B
Cal C
France 1B
Rojas 2B

So, yeah. Basically, the 2024 All-Star game lineup.

I created that lineup once in MLB The Show using the "force trades" and "ignore budgets" options.

You don't call a lineup a DREAM lineup and fill full of dog shit trash players unless you dream about dog shit trash players. Maybe this dumb fuck does exactly that.

I was kind of thinking this may have been why they have been in go-for-it mode.

Mariners Twitter and Blogs: the Rays are dying to give up some good position players.

On the other hand, there's Harold Ramírez. Man, right in Jerrys wheelhouse. They supposedly have a hard on to move him, supposed to happen this week in fact.
whom tattooed lefties at a ridiculous .387/.411/.555 clip. Ramirez’s knack for putting the ball in play (career 17.8% strikeout rate) has helped him maintain a lifetime 289 average

Had never even heard of him. Yes, you are right about him being in Jerry's wheelhouse.
