Here is a guy I bet nobody has ever heard of. A DR starter with an ERA of 2.96 in Ark. He is already 24 and prior to this season had a completely meh pro career. Actually worse than meh.

But he must have discovered a new pitch or something. Also his control went from bad to good. 20 BBs in 46 innings at Ark last season to 20 in 85 innings this season. K rates are still very unimpressive but he is getting the job done.

You would be wrong. He was a top 30 prospect at some point, but didn’t really do anything special for a while. He’s had stretches where he was good, but not for a full season. He’s certainly benefiting from better control. Not sure what kind of stuff he has, and how it would translate to mlb. Here’s my first post talking about him

He’s been around 4-5 ERA every year. He may be benefiting a bit from the Arkansas stadiums. Unless he’s had an uptick in his velocity, I doubt it’s anything to get too excited about. There are at least a dozen pitchers performing pretty well right now. Brody Hopkins is one I think is intriguing though. Brother is an mlb outfielder and he was a 2 way player in college. Brandyn Garcia is another I’m interested in seeing how he does in Arkansas

Actually his ERA was well over 5 coming in this year. Lucky he didn't get released.

His splits are wild. Peripherals about the same but ERA much higher at home.

I’m actually really intrigued by Garcia. Lefty that has pretty good velocity.

Aiden smith is tearing it up in Modesto. He’s hit in 14 straight games going into tonight and was hitting.375 in that stretch. He’s 2-3 tonight. He’s kinda the forgotten hs hitting prospect from the draft

Doesn't hurt to know how to play more than one position
Yep, I just don't see how that bat even plays as a COFer.
First, he's 21 in AA. Second, AA Texas League is the hardest hitting league in all of milb. Third, a .760 OPS is above avg in MLB right now. You need to adjust your thought process on what is a "good mlb" bat, "great MLB" bat, "average MLB" bat and so forth

100 percent. There's no kinda about it. He definitely is forgotten because his name wasn't called in the first. But all he's done is show up, put in the work and rake.
