Cleaning house in New York

First the head coach, now the brain dead GM who hitched his wagon to old man Rodgers. This article is hysterical. Give it a read.

If the ownership was dumb enough to hitch their wagon to that nut then i'd say Jets fans are pretty much screwed. They did work us on that Adams trade though...

And still never made the playoffs. btw Adams is now done. Set the record for sacks for a DB in 2020 and never had another in his career.

100 bucks to any one that can find another example of that in any major sport in history.

They didn't fire their GM or Head Coach....Rodgers is still there, and he is both. Saleh was a defensive minded coach, and as much as it annoyed me that Sean Payton trashed Nathaniel Hackett (who was also saddled with a QB that thought he was Coach and GM)? Hackett was only there because Rodgers loved him. He wasn't exactly any kind of Offensive Mastermind. They should have kept Saleh, and allowed him to actually bring in a bright young offensive mind and get rid of Rodgers. Saleh won more games without Rodgers than he did with. Because the organization was handed over to A Rod, they went away from Breece Hall, and I can't imagine that Locker Room isn't a disaster.

The Broncos and Jets are just two examples of why QBs should play football, and not be given complete control....or ANY control for that matter. Stick to what you know. The Broncos suffered for years because Elway couldn't get shit figured out. Just because you were a good QB, doesn't mean you should be making personnel decisions.

The Rodgers debacle has probably set the Jets back about 5 years. Terrible decision. What a mess. Jets' fans have to be pissed.
