Weird how our relief pitchers who were money, including Castillo by extension, have all been lit up since the trade, but the relief pitcher we got who had been awful has been money.
It's hard to fault them for things like the Gallo home run that are outs everywhere else. Some fluke happenings, hopefully they iron it out.

Winning a game like this could be a good first step to getting back on track imo.

The Yankees went down, but they really battled for every pitch, prettymuch under control and made Sewald work his ass off........ That's what the M's need to do.... battle every pitch, under control.... beat this fucken red head into the ground... I want a 30 pitch inning minimum...

For those of you complaining about Bauers, and with good reason I might add, keep in mind White likely wouldn't be doing a whole better had he stayed healthy.
20 years! Soon to be 21 and still counting. The laughingstock of North American pro sports.

We're talking about Marms. He sucked when he was up, but he's been killing it even more than the other guys were, and if anything he is a proven extra-base hitter.

I've got a feeling Fraley is a career 4th outfielder, if that. The league has figured out that he can't hit fastballs and the fluke walks have dried up.

I feel so bad for our pitching lately. Our starters have dominated but getting no support. Our hitting coaches are hall of Fame hitters shocked they can't coach. Sarcasm. Seriously how can they be this bad.

Most people are looking at Marmalejos .371/.466/1.187 slash line wondering why he hasn't gotten a second chance to play a little first base. Especially with the 19 home runs and 7 doubles.... He's got a little more power than Bauers....

One thing good about the Yanks, you've gotta like Aaron Judge. Guy doesn't rest on his offense, that's for sure.
