I don't know. He doesn't seem to have a problem with Leake despite the fact he looks like he is part of a Civil War reenactment Club that meets twice a week.
Yeah i think i am mis-remembering, and i'm also mixing up Gamel and Taylor Motter. That was the guy Jerry had some issue with, i believe.

If my calculations are correct, this is the third game in a row that Mallex Smith has been planted where he belongs, on the bench.

I love it when management seems to have the light bulb come on!

Well, how about Jay Bruce?! They should trade him now while he's batting over .200.
Had the same thought. His OPS is almost .800 as well.
Bruce has looked good to me so far, batting average be damned. Even his defense looks "fine".

I dont see any reason to give him away when we dont have a starting player behind him. I have no problem with Bishop and Smith swapping places and Bishop beginning his role as 4th OF at all.

Smith isn't even smart enough to figure out how to get his helmet to stay on his head when he sneezes, he's not going to figure out his hitting, imo.

Drayer said it is because they are working with him on his swing. LMAO

Btw be glad that you guys don't subscribe to the Times. Both Page 1s of the sports section this weekend has been dominated by the Storm, Husky women's softball and high school girls softball even though probably 10% of readers give a rat's ass about those teams.

Of course the women’s and girl’s softball teams are likely playing far better than the Mariners.

5-21 the last 26.

How many managers keep their jobs after this kind of a run?
