"Mariners Stand Pat on Deadline Day, Immediately Begin Spinning"

Spicy title to the LO M's Pod vid.
All that and then they say we are about a year away from having the discussion about them being on the hot seat. LOL

As frustrating as the lack of action from Dipoto was, there weren't any other players that got traded that would have fixed our offense.

Guys like Goldschmidt and Soto didn't get traded.

At least Rojas and Canzano have a chance to be better than what we had before their arrival.

The thing is: Do they really have the same level of players? Is Rojas markedly better than Moore, Haggerty, Caballero, and other minors depth?

And where does Canzano fit on the DH, 1B, OF, depth chart with:
Julio, Teo, Marlowe, TT, Ford, France, Cal/Murphy etc

Oh and in a couple of weeks JK

In a 75-minute interview, Seattle Times beat reporter Ryan Divish discusses the trade deadline for the Mariners:

If the Jays trade for Teo, wonder if the M's trade for AAA OF Davis Schneider. 21 homers and a .991 OPS.

Bowden Francis also has to be appealing as a reliver. Throws 95 to 98 with plus breaking stuff.
I feel vindicated by this post
