Being the Michigan governor, I think she has a lot better chance at wining in Michigan and Wisconsin than Newsome or Harris. The most recent approval rating I found for her was 56% and she won reelection by a 10.6 percent margin in 2022 which was post Covid.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Minnesota flip as well in the next poll. Trump was closing ground fast there before the debate. I don't see how the Democrats have any chance without changing the candidate. Their ship is sinking.

RCP has switched Minnesota, New Hampshire,Virginia and Nebraska's 1 split vote from blue leans to toss ups.
I am not sure why they still have North Carolina as a tossup. Trump has been well over 5% ahead in every poll there in the last 2 months.
