The A's are in first place with a worse run differential than the M's. Every team in the division has a negative run differential except for Houston. Houston will probably end up running away with the division but there is no reason the M's cant keep beat up on Oakland, Anaheim and Texas all year long and be in the hunt for the wildcard.
