Saw someone on Twitter point out that an anagram for Mitch Haniger is Girth Machine
That was my nickname at Rikers.

The 2-2 was a terrific curve to be fair. The umpire didn’t agree thankfully
One think to keep in mind is the ump has to abide by the width of the plate for ball and strike calls but the height of pitch is the umps judgement based on the height of the hitter so just because its in the box doesn't mean its a strike.
Yeah I guess there is no way it can be called a strike even though the tv would show it thus.

Nationals have bases loaded walk with 1 out against Sale. 2-0

Blue Jays do want it plus they are also playing worst team in all of baseball so that helps also. Right back in this game. Pitching better settle the fuck down now.

They’ve pulled Sale after just 2.1 innings. If only we had pulled Anderson at 0-2 down.

Yep. Scott is an idiot with starting pitchers. Always gives them the benefit of the doubt.
But we knew the Angels hit Anderson hard. So what do we do? We start him in a must win game.
Just craziness.

So why did we bother to put Brash on the roster????? Like Ramirez is some steady eddy vet that we can count on.

1st inning I would have started warming up Gilbert.
