Cards/Rams will be owning the division for a while. Time for the Hawks to suck for the next 3+ years. Happens to most franchises.

Russ, Pete and John will all be gone shortly. Be interesting to see what this team looks like in 3-5 years

If it comes down to Russ or Pete---Honestly I think this is what it will come down too. Just like Rogers in Green Bay. Bye Bye Pete. That's a no brainer.

Without that Elite D, I don't think Pete can excel in the playoffs. And John's terrible drafting is now coming back to haunt us.

The biggest difference is Pete being VP of Football Operations. I am not sure if McCarthy was anything besides HC. By the end? I don’t even think McCarthy was calling the plays anymore.

I think the recent utter collapse of the Patriots should show who has more impact, the HC or a Franchise QB. That doesn’t mean our organization makes the correct choice tho!
