Over the past year ebay has been transitioning their sellers from accepting PayPal payments to payments managed by eBay.

Despite what have to be massive losses of revenue stream the stock has still risen over the past year by 70+%

It's one I'll be keeping an eye on for a short at some point soon. Currently at $293.70
I even underestimated how far PayPal would fall. It's only been 8 months. Everything else is down 30% lately also of course. Except gold. It's up 2%. Since 2012.
Complete collapse. Again, great call. Was it mainly due to the reasons that you mentioned initially?

I'm not sure what factors actually impacted the price.

I was just putting 2 and 2 together- less revenue = bad for stock price- so i assume other people did the same. I haven't seen any other negative news that would have caused it.

"Everything"? Other than Facebook and Spotify, I mean. 3 stocks is hardly "everything." My 401(k) is down 5%. I'm not happy, but I'm a lot happier than if it were 30%.

Ah yeah, crude oil up to 93.9. A year ago it was 60. SOME people are making money. :)

Obviously not literally everything, but the majority, if not all, that have been mentioned here are down significantly.

Are you saying that a good strategy would be to short anything mentioned here? ;)

Eventually that's probably the case for any of them, absolutely.

Coinbase, for example, went from $250 when it was mentioned, to $430, now down to $195.
