GT Yanks M's the Deadline Day Version
Re: GT Yanks M's the Deadline Day Version
SANTANA gets toast at 3rd but gets some of our runs back. Hopefully our pitching can settle down. Offense doing thier job tonight need pitching to help out as well.

He is pretty good at the plate. He rarely swings at stuff out of the zone. Even if he now gets the M's shit end of the stick on calls. And, he is dangerous still.TraderGary wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 12:59 amI was just about to post that I have no confidence in Santana. Guess that would not have aged well.![]()

Big hit by Santana! But I've never understood getting out on purpose like that, especially when you're on 2nd.

He'd likely have been safe if there was a play at the plate...DavidGee24 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 1:03 amBig hit by Santana! But I've never understood getting out on purpose like that, especially when you're on 2nd.
Instead the Yankee OF missed the mark by 20 feet and he was dead to rights.
