How about Frazier lately. Batting like 340 over the last 3 weeks, or so.
Maybe he can finally be the leadoff hitter we were expecting.

M's can do some damage in this top 4:

1. Frazier
2. France
3. Julio
4. Haniger

Just gotta get to that point.

This was a very satisfying win.

Great matchup tomorrow and excited to see Castillo make his M's debut. But we have to face Cole so if we win, it might end up being 1-0. :)
Castillo needs to go at least 6 innings.

This team is full of extreme "what if" scenarios.
What if Winker could play up to 80-100% of his potential? What if JP could just be a consistent 275ish hitter?

If everything came together, which almost never happens for any team, things would be truly fantastic.

Haven't seen how Castillo has been pitching obviously but I hope he comes in with something to prove to his new team and with some energy. For whatever reason, all our starters right now look tired with the exception of Flexen. Gilbert/Kirby at least make sense since they are pitching into territory, but either way they all look tired and are just giving up too much lately.
Here is the last 8 or so starts from Castillo

I have no doubt Castillo is going to be fired up tomorrow. He'll want to prove to his new team that he's as good as everyone says he is.

And is this his first time pitching in Yankee stadium? I know he faced them just recently, but was that in Cincy or NY? Either way, playing in Yankee stadium in front of those fans always gets players fired up. Hell I'm pumped for tomorrow and I'm just cheering from my couch.

See - the players were so energized by the Lamb trade they were reborn into hitting machines!!! :D  :D

You know it's very possible that we don't give Munoz enough credit.
He is wild at times but it's very possible that he pitched around Judge and Rizzo to get to Gluber.
If so, that is ballsy!

He definately pitched around Judge. And likely Rizzo as well but as you said that takes large stones

Those look like Castillos stats but the teams are wrong. His last two starts were against the Marlins and the Yankees. He held the Yankees to 1 run in 7 innings at Yankee Stadium on the 14th. Those might be the teams the M's played on those days.

There was a slight tick down in velocity in Castillo's last start. I hope he doesn't overthrow. I can see him going for a more innings approach, rather than a top strikeout amount, although there's nothing wrong with that.
