Pretty much down to Wil Myers and trades at this point.
You asked about Sadler health, here is a quip from MLB article

Sadler filled the perfect bridge role for manager Scott Servais the last time he was regularly on the mound as the first bullpen arm after the starter. He’ll be up against whoever else the club invites on similar Minors deals, but he’s on track with his throwing program to be 100% in camp, and if there are hiccups, it’s possible he begins the year at Triple-A Tacoma. Regardless, he’s looking forward to the opportunity

At The Athletic, the Seattle Mariners came in seventh on columnist Jim Bowden's list of winners (and losers) so far this offseason:
7. Seattle Mariners
Jerry Dipoto has made 140 trades as the head of baseball operations for the Mariners and two of his last three deals might be difference-makers come October 2023. First, he landed Teoscar Hernández, a two-time Silver Slugger Award winner, in a trade with the Blue Jays. Hernández will give Seattle solid defense and 25-to-30 home run power in right field. Then, Dipoto improved the Mariners up the middle by acquiring second baseman Kolten Wong, a two-time Gold Glove Award winner, in a trade with Milwaukee. The Hernández trade provided important thump for the middle of Seattle’s lineup and the Wong swap made their defense special up the middle. Next on the Mariners’ agenda is finding another corner outfielder or designated hitter type, preferably a right-handed hitter.

7th isn't bad. Except that at least half the teams won't factor in at all.

Similar to saying the Mariners were middle of the pack in DH production. Which ignores that most non-contendong teams aren't going to pay for designated hitters so of course they'll suck.

Compared to contenders, they're not doing very well. Just like in getting production from the DH slot.

Not to mention Bowden is a dope. How do we end up 7th by basically adding close to Net Zero WAR

Yep, good point.

In a vacuum the moves have been good ones. They just haven't upgraded the team much because we lost just as much.

Not much about this offseason has made sense.

Needing a RH hitting power outfielder... I mean that does sound great, but given what we have, how can it be pointed to as a need as opposed to a LH hitter. I just don't get it.

Because a full time LH bat would have been $15M-$20M and they can save money with a RH scrap heap hat in hand platoon bat to using as JKs training wheels. Will save $10-15M and we get to look up at the Astros with a 10 game lead at the AS break again.
