So, first he has to win a playoff game or he can't win a regular season award...and now, if he stops playing like an MVP he won't be considered for the....wait for it....MVP award?Logainismyhero wrote: ↑Mon Nov 04, 2019 9:16 pmSo, who cares? If Wilson's performance drops at all, he'll be bounced from the MVP race. The NFL has its darlings and Russ isn't one of them. Granted he getting a lot of attention and deserves it. Without him this team are the Jets/Dolphins, but the NFL wants Rodgers/Brady/Brees...anyone other than any player from Seattle.
Is this the year RW wins MVP?

Michael already pointed out how dumb you look right now, but let's pile on.Logainismyhero wrote: ↑Mon Nov 04, 2019 9:16 pmSo, who cares? Shaun Alexander won the NFL MVP for 2005 over Peyton Manning, who led a 14-2 Colts team and had won the two prior MVPs. This was at a time when the Seahawks had very little national awareness. So no bias there apparently.
Over the last several years the Hawks have been probably the second-most publicized franchise in the NFL after the Patriots. A lot of neutral fans enjoy watching them play, they've also developed a lot of haters, and the NFL puts them on prime time several times every year. The NFL loves the Hawks and Wilson.
Don't you know ANYTHING about football? Can't wait for that ninth victory and see your account here disappear. You know what would be really cool? You ever see that Peanuts special where Charlie Brown goes to the national spelling bee and every time a kid misspelled a word, the moderator would say MWAMP MUM MWAM MWAMP and the kid's face would disappear with a loud pop? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GGmA7HdPAbY That's going to be you.

Russ won't win it. Regular season or not. Playoff's don't count? Fine. Won't matter. Russ won't win it. They'll give it to Rodgers, Brady or someone else. Maybe we should bust the kneecaps of those who don't vote for Russ, right Gee?
Re: Is this the year RW wins MVP?
He keeps throwing TD passes at this rate .. He's winning the MVP . I watch alot of national shows and they all recognize Wilson's play right now. He's easily the best player in football right now.Logainismyhero wrote: ↑Tue Nov 05, 2019 12:09 amRuss won't win it. Regular season or not. Playoff's don't count? Fine. Won't matter. I was one of the people defending RW back on the old forum before it was cool.
But, I hope the highlight of this season isn't RW winning the MVP.

Russ deserves to win it, but he won't. The NFL doesn't have enough of a boner for him as they do others.

Re: Is this the year RW wins MVP?
I just looked up Jackson and RGIII's size expecting Jackson to be bigger. Nope they are identical height at 6 2 and 212 and 213lbs. btw RGIII can't complain. He married a pretty hot Estonian Heptathelete.Michael K. wrote: ↑Mon Nov 04, 2019 6:42 pmHe just single handedly beat us and the Patriots in back to back weeks, and did it without really needing to throw. I see RG III, which means I don't believe this can or will last...but he is going to be the talk of the NFL until someone stops him.
