Oline f*cking balled OUT. This is huge - we are going to need this depth for these 49 game seasons. The rookie center (from michigan!) also balled out too! That was huge huge huge. Meanwhile, over in Donkeynation, Wilson was sacked 7 times.

Stone F was a dominant pass protector in college wasn't he, it's his run blocking that is the main concern and overall the line didn't do too well in that area. But it certainly is a big positive that they held the Lions pass rush in check.

He litteraly took a sack before the two minute warning, in a game they trailed by two scores and moved them from right around the goal line to close to the ten. It was just typical Russ. But, again, why the fuck were they passing? The two minute warning was coming up!?

Yeah he successfully fended of SEC D Linemen for years. I had high hopes for him. Maybe he is finally realizing his potential.

PC gives Stone and Jake props. Huge smiles on their faces. Pretty cool. Might want to fast forward to get through PCs can't win the game in the 1st 2nd 3rd quarter nonsense. lol

It's an idiotic mindset. Talking about finishing strong is fine, but he almost excuses slow starts. Which is fucked up. Lucas and Cross might want to take head here. That is a pretty tough Detroit Defense that they handled well without them.

I know Kelce was out but never dreamed we would score 11 more points than the Chiefs vs. the same D.

The coaching staff should get a lot of credit for the Forsythe/Curhan success. The game plan was clearly to get the ball out quickly and not use long-developing plays. The run blocking was kinda terrible, though, so it's definitely not the long-term solution, but you really couldn't ask any more from two backups. They stepped up big time.
