I just watched a really good video on TY France
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFGLwfaaNdE
Some of the Juicy nuggets was that Ty France changed his swing to avoid the pain after the June 22nd collision with TB's Isac Paredes.
Production up to June 22nd .319 .393 .480 .873
After June 22nd==>.230 .283 .392 .675
2023 .268 .345 .416 .
A June 6th report showed that France's average exit velocity was at 94.3MPH which would have been the 4th highest in the league. But because of the collision he would drop down to 87.6MPH which is below average.
They bring up some other good points. So I will not put everything they had to say about France on here. They basically said that several months of adjusting his swing to not have pain has made him forget his swing mechanics from pre-injury France and Pre-injury France looked like a batting crown type of bat. Let's hope that Driveline can remap out his swing from the archive and get our Ty back on track.
