I had never heard of Jim Rickards until recently, but for all the pundits and political prognosticators, he makes the most sense to me. He doesn't pull punches on either side of political aisle; he just calls it as he sees it.
Decades ago, I read five or six books by Theodore H. White, whom I still regard as the most astute political historian and political analyst of all time. I read his entire "The Making of the President" series, and a couple other books of his. Rickards is the first person I've heard who reminds me of White.
This is about a 30-minute video and to me, it was great. Hope you have a chance to listen to it.
