NFL network completely ignored the Seahawks pick. Went to commercial as always, then ran an all-time 5th round picks short included 2023 Rams WR Puca, and skipped talking about our CB pick. By the way, would've much preferred Cam Hart at CB, big and fast instead of just fast, shut down Harrison last year and played great at Senior bowl week.

We still could've had Rattler, Pratt, Hampton, Van Prann and many others rated 2nd-3rd rounders instead of Pritchett who we probably could've had in the 6th. Now we'll most likely miss out on any of the others above. Guess we don't need a safety, and our 6s are a LONG way away with all the comp picks.
ESPN gave it at least a minute and about 5 highlights....

I get the general sentiment on today's picks. But it's clear that they're drafting for specific traits/characteristics to fill specific roles in what they want to do.

Knight is a downhill attacking MIKE. He has very good production at and behind the LOS. Macdonald has stressed repeatedly his desire to put pressure on the opponent from every position possible. He wants a team to feel like they're playing more than 11 men.

Barner is a solid run blocker from the nation's most well oiled offense last year, Macdonald has stressed he wants to establish control at the point of attack in the run game.

Pritchett is a speed demon. Third fastest guy at this year's Combine. Sub 1.5s ten yard split. Right now, Woolen is the only DB with that kind of speed.

I'm not saying I love these picks. Just that I understand them.
