Remember Carter catching all that grief for not making it through an entire game without running out of steam. Everyone screaming about a picture with his hands on his hips. Yeah, it's hard for guys that size to fly around an entire game. Lets see if Murphy can do it. Both him and Carter I'm sure have things to learn about conditioning

MM seems like the antithesis of PC in that regard. PC would have entered him in the Boston Marathon.

I'm really curious how Mac is going to work out. He is the opposite of Pete.
He's not as nerdy-looking as the Dolphins coach, but I feel like he's that sort of coach.
I believe that, by design, JS is shielding Mac a little bit from the media and drive-by fans. JS wasn't on shows
like Wyman and Bob before. I get the impression Mac is not a bullshitter cliche monster like some coaches.
He was hired as a football guru-type coach.

As I started reading this it occured to me that we haven't heard of any injuries yet. A MIRACLE! But alas I got to the end..
Tight end AJ Barner was one of the few players not to take part in Friday's practice. The fourth-round pick out of Michigan is dealing with a minor hamstring injury from the pre-draft process that kept him from participating in practice.

It should be interesting to see how Barner's career plays out compared to Stover, Wiley, and Holker - three higher rated TEs the Seahawks passed on.

I wonder if it was a Michigan thing.

Either this website is total garbage or Barner was the worst pick (for where he was taken) in the 2024 draft. Heck, they ranked Devin freakin' Culp 6 spots above him. :?

This one has Jack Westover ranked above him...

Another site that doesn't have him ranked top 10

Drafttek is a website anyone on this site could have posted. It is funny how JJ is given a pass as a QB because Michigan ran the ball and did not throw it much, but Barner sucks because he doesn't catch the ball enough....which is true?
