Locklear is 3-4 tonight with a double... .931 OPS.

Ford is 3-3 with a homer and walk. Has raised his OPS to .901 from the low .600's in just a week. .100 points in just 2x games alone.

We won't see Ford until next season and it's likely in a corner OF spot.

The M's kinda sorta have to take AB's away from France and call Locklear up now.

If he is going to play another position they are going to need to let try it, so far all he's played is catcher. You know he said he isn't interested in playing another position. I think you pair him with Cal at catcher and dh. Though they have Garver for another season

Cal is not an FA until 2028. They have him for almost 4 FULL seasons. I don't think he and Harry can coexist on the roster given neither has the bat to DH full time. Harry might be trade bait in a couple months.
I think they could. Cal shouldn't be catching 130 games. Drop that down to 100, have Harry catch 62 and play Harry in LF or 1B another 100 games. And Harry absolutely has the bat to play every day.

Garver's going to be fine once the weather heats up. I bet. They need to move on from France and sad to say, but Haniger, too. Open up 1b and a corner OF job. Locklear can step into 1B. Ford pick up 60 C starts plus 60 1B starts (Locklear DHs) plus Ford gets some LF time. He'll be open to those jobs if it means he plays in the majors every day and still catches regularly

Garver just got hit. Is it wrong that I hope he is hurt?

19 year old in A ball slashing .313/.415/.566/.981 with 17 K's and 16 BB's.

I'd say that's pretty good.

Would expect him to jump into the middle half of the top 100's soon.
