Kansas City (16-31)
Baltimore (15-31)
Detroit (18-26)
Chicago WS (21-24)
San Fran (20-25)

Cincinnati (21-26)

Ms will be selling off pretty soon here. Bruce, EE, perhaps Beckham and Leake will be sent packing. The bullpen and rotation are in shambles. I really think it's Mariners, Miami, KC, Baltimore doing battle for the top 3.

I have said this before but you go back to the 2000 draft from 2015 and you have 16 out of 48 top 3 picks that went on to be an All Star, 8 of those did not go to more than one or two all star games and at most 5(subjectively) went on to be a foundation piece on which to build a team.

The odds of getting a perennial all star never mind a foundation piece are very low with a top 3 pick in the MLB.
