Joe was sleepy, not coherent or appeared totally lost most of the time.
The thing that got me and my wife going were his eyes. Did anyone else notice the 'lack of blinking' with Joe? I did and knew exactly what it meant (if there are any doctors out there, you can confirm this). It can be a sign of dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. Take everything into account:
1- The lack of blinking
2- The poor answers
3- Totally going off topic
4- The vacant stares
5- Confusion ----- We beat Medicare!
6- Golf handicap at 6, then 8, then challenging Trump to a round of golf
7- The post party when Jill spoke to him as she would a 5 year old
8- Joe being spoken to by Jill and eating it up and truly believing he accomplished something
I won't say that Trump will win the election, but Joe as to go.....it's time for his nap.
