The Vothman appears as a harbinger where calamity is about to ensue, and Zoltar, on the other hand, is a mostly benevolent seer of future events and offers advice for a reasonable fee. 👍

I don't think most realize how huge this will be on top of everything else:
Both this unit and the defense as a whole should receive a major boost from the return of Uchenna Nwosu, who had 9.5 sacks in 2022 before missing 11 games last season with a torn pectoral muscle. Before Nwosu’s injury, the Seahawks allowed 6.6 yards per pass attempt and 3.5 yards per carry. After his injury, those numbers ballooned to 7.7 yards per pass attempt and 5.0 yards per carry.

We need big time improvements from Taylor and the OTs. A return to form for Riq, a breakout year from Jenkins and some coaches that have a clue how to use Walker and JSN. Oh, and Free Decoy Metcalf!

That list doesn't have enough D linemen (NT?) and too many Edges.

Add DI Jarran Reed (63.5) and remove Edge Darrell Taylor (50.9).

Need to figure in cost
. Because he missed his rookie season, Taylor was a restricted free agent instead of an unrestricted free agent, which is what allowed Seattle to keep him for $3 million. That’s why he’s a bargain for right now, why not see if the new coaching staff can make him more valuable for that price? He’s better than any edge rusher you’re going to get in free agency with that price

I'm a little concerned that Haynes isn't considered the starting right guard right now. He was supposed to be better than advertised
