He should have just traded back then, or for 2021 picks.

So since 2010 the Seahawks lead the NFL in sacks allowed. They are also sixth in wins over that same period

Re: 3 most over looked positive changes
I opened this out of boredom but it's kinda interesting actually. What are the expectations for Byron Murphy?Thinking it's interesting because of the comparison to Jalen Carter. The writer expects Carter type production out of Murphy his rookie season
https://www.si.com/nfl/seahawks/seahawk ... -murphy-iiPredictions for 2024
46 combined tackles, 10 tackles for loss, 6 sacks, 1 forced fumble, 55 pressures
This type of season for Murphy would immediately make him a top-20 pass-rushing interior defensive lineman in the NFL as a rookie, and that is more than a reasonable expectation given his college production. It might even be too conservative.

I see it was addressed, but just how hard did that make evaluating? hardly an eye roll, IMO. Shortened seasons, cancelled games, not workouts....I was good with the Adams trade. Again, if Pete had clue one how to use him? We wouldn't be having this chat.
