The shift ban was stupid because coaches could have broken it by having their hitters hit the other way instead of trying to pull it each time. If a team had two or three players hit the opposite way, the defense would stop shifting. These hitters are supposed to be professionals yet they can’t hit the other way? Little leaguers seem to be able to do it, why can’t major leaguers? And the velocity of a lot of the kids in little league are major league equivalent.

The M’s 2002 starting 9 all hit over .240 except Mike Cameron. Edgar, who should have retired the year before still managed .277. No excuse for this offense to be this bad.

Get this. Garver is hitting .166 in 369 PAs. I just checked and in the past 50 years there are 61 Pitchers with at least 350 PAs with higher than .166 BAs.

We are not even trying against another shit team. Please fire Scott there is no other way. This team is broken and as a manager he will not fix it.

I don't wanna hear we did not do anything at the deadline. It wouldn't matter this whole team is deadweight Scott and Co have really ruined it.

This obsessive micromanaging has damaged the game.

This season needs to hurry up and end. This team is absolute embarrassment and 2 games above 500 with this loss. DO SOME FUCKING FIRINGS!

It is mid August and our big FA signing is hitting .166.
But the fans said some mean things about him, so it’s not his fault.
