I've eaten goose before, it's pretty good.

Yeah, but to be fair, you're .00098875458 % Haitian. Aren't you descended from Baby Doc himself? :P

As far as the debate - the responses are pretty cliche'd. Both sides digging in.

I am an independent - I refuse to bend the knee to any party - that's what happened in Germany for those with short memories. I question everything and generally reject authority voraciously.

Objectively - How was the debate? Any clear winner? Loser? New info? Can any one be OBJECTIVE and discard their party line?

Something interesting to watch - this is a 'music review' channel I've been watching for years - these guys are great - these guys have ZERO political affiliation - they started reviewing stuff like this. I would encourage everyone to click on it - watch if you like - but MORE IMPORTANTLY - drop down into the comments section. Thousands of comments - not one supporting Kamala - literally not one - and don't bother with the 'right wing' nonsense.

I truly hate correcting people, but I am actually .00098875458% Haitian.

I consider myself an independent as well, as I always vote by my wallet. Which party is going to be better for the working class? Which party is going to not fuck everything up so much? Which party has fewer crazy people willing to destroy everything in order to get noticed (or their way)?

As for supporting Harris..... On Sunday, Monday and Tuesday I was working in California. I basically drove from Oregon down Interstate 5 and was in the Thousand Oaks area for 2 days. I didn't see any Harris signs. Let me say that again, I DIDN'T SEE ANY HARRIS FOR PRESIDENT SIGNS. I saw 100's of Trump/Vance signs, but no Harris/CrazyFucker sings.

But this was the same story 4 years ago when I traveled from Oregon to San Diego (all on I-5). No Biden signs, but 100's of Trump signs.

So my question is, how in the hell does California vote 75% Democrat with ZERO support for them? Or are they just too ashamed to broadcast who they are voting for?

Fucking California!!! I wish the big one would hit and we would lose it to the Pacific..... So you and DT better vacate NOW.

Biden won California by 5 million votes and by a margin of 30 points.

And your logic is seeing Trump signs in cities off I-5 (the vast majority being rural cities that make up tiny fractions of the voting populous) indicate Democrats have zero support?

I mean... the mental gymnastics it takes to get there is pretty amazing.

I just saw the first Harris sign the other day here.

I figured it's just because she pretty much just got installed and it takes time to get their signs and stuff made.

Although, I hadn't seen any Biden signs before that either.

I'm hoping thieves take notice of the Harris supporters with signs. They should be willing to share their belongings with the thieves. It's what they've voted for.

Good stuff. Thanks.

By the way, question for everyone: In what state did Trump get his largest number of votes in 2020. It was ...

... not Texas ...

... not Florida ...

It was ... California.

I believe this has its limits. For example, there are people voting for the party that is in favor of student loan forgiveness BECAUSE of this policy. I think that is a really bad idea.

What's weird is Florida has a population of 8 million less people but cast pretty much the same amount of votes as Texas.

I wonder why that is.

So true. And then you look at celebs... Stallone moved to Florida because he's not interested in California taxes. Rod Stewart is selling his Beverly Park mansion and moving back to the UK. California = too expensive. As you mentioned, such a beautiful state which has become unlivable.
People worth hundreds of millions of dollars leaving California and their mansions = California is unlivable...

Jeeze, don't let Darren know that. He'll be out on the streets soon I guess.

TF...
California’s population is on the decline, and high-income earners have joined the exodus. Many descendants of last century’s arrivals now see better opportunities for the good life in other states. California is too expensive, and their earnings can buy more elsewhere.

Good point.
Let me adjust my statement.....

I am in favor of any party that will allow me to make more money and have a more comfortable existence...... by earning it. Not having the government provide it.

Do you not read to posts, or just are to fucking stupid to comprehend the post.

I have driven from Oregon to San Diego and have not seen any political signs except for Trump. ZERO Biden signs from LA to SD. For the idiots that can't understand that, that is all URBAN area.

Seriously dude, having to explain things to you is like trying to teach a dog how to multiply fractions.

Dude, you really need to dial back the anti-Jewish rhetoric. I have a ton of Jewish friends - they ain't killing anyone. You are embarrassing yourself with this shit. Go read a book or get a hobby, but seriously, enough with this shit. You sound obsessed - invest your time and energy into something else. You're wasting it with this nonsense. Everything with you comes back to "The Jews" - you might want to step back and see how that looks.
I know. I don't bother to read his posts regarding Jews or Israel anymore. 8-)

And do I need to explain to you that your personal anecdote about seeing Trump signs and equating that overall support is pure and utter lunacy?

Considering the fact that I've actually lived in BOTH those places and know hundreds and hundreds of people who are not Trump supporters and hate Trump... your point is already proving dumber than it started.

And guess what, just because I know people who don't like Trump doesn't prove anything either...

You know what does? THE FUCKING VOTES.

Biden won 2 million more votes in Los Angeles County. OC was closer, because that makes sense... everyone is rich there. And in San Diego he won 350K more votes...

Political signs didn't walk up to polls and vote for all these people.
