KC has lost 5 in a row and suddenly there back in play just 3 games up on the M's. The play SF Washington and Atlanta to close out the year. Just have to pass up.2 of the 3.

Thats why you don't lose a dozen games to the Angels and Tigers and As and you don't have to worry about what other teams do.

Kansas City, Minnesota, and Detroit have a combined record of 33-3 against the White Sox. It would sure be nice to have an automatic 12 wins built into your schedule. If the Sox swapped divisions with the A's or Angels, the M's would probably be 5 games up right now.

A's were 50-112 last season and we still missed the playoffs.

We were 12-1 last season against Oakland, this year 6-4 so we had them wins built in last year. You might therefore suggest that because Oakland are less shit that's why we are not 5 in front?Captain 97 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 21, 2024 5:15 amKansas City, Minnesota, and Detroit have a combined record of 33-3 against the White Sox. I wonder if we are behind Detroit and Minnesota because we went 1-5 and 2-5 against them respectively i.e. 3-10 ? I mean everyone knows they both hold the tiebreaker against us, that wasn't handed to them on the toss of a coin. Even if we had just a respectable 6-7 against them that would put us in pole position.
