The idea of 'never getting sick again' is great. But totally unrealistic. Safety is one thing, but to never be exposed to germs only serves to weaken the immune system.

I can't believe the lengths people go through to prevent simple common illnesses like colds and flu these days. In four years in Boston I got sick zero times. I took ZERO precautions other than work mandated vaccines and mandated mask wearing. I got to California and it was amazing weather and I got sick the second day I was here. Minimal symptoms other than a cough and it lasted like 2.5 days. So I should have worn a mask for 4.5 years and got 27 vaccines to prevent that????

Getting sick is a part of life. Obsessing over it is a form of mental illness. I would prefer 2.5 days of physical illness over 4.5 years of mental illness.

My co-workers used to proudly tell tales of getting completely wiped out after getting a vax like it was a badge of honor when in reality they were informing me that they were insane to intentionally make them selves sick in order to prevent the CHANCE they MIGHT get sick later. Can't make it up!

DT - I believe there are (at least) two primary reason for this - first is relentless fear mongering by the media - remember covid? "get vaxxed or you're murdering people" was an actual narrative being pushed - which was utterly false the whole time - and big pharma KNEW it was false - they know early on it neither prevented nor stopped the spread. But the fear mongering had already taken hold and spread so rapidly - from fear mongering and blatant misinformation. Second, the pharmaceutical industry has a stranglehold on the country - their influence is simply too robust and they are protected by politicians accepting their generous donations and ALL MAIN STREAM MEDIA whose survival depends on big pharma advertising - only two countries in the world allow pharma advertising - the US and New Zealand. Think about that. Think about the in fluence of mass media and politicians hyping up big pharma - because they are financially incentivized to. Remember - in covid, people didn't die from covid, they dies because they had preexisting comorbidities, already compromised immune systems - but that fact was censored because it didn't help the narrative that was designed to funnel money into Pharma's pocket.

Lastly, our food supply is so tainted and rotten via the Monsantos of the world and the spread of seed oils which are toxic. We are sicker than ever -m people are paranoid and wildly over medicated. Fear is driving all of this, unfortunately.
