I hope this disgusting piece of shit corrupt scumbag degenerate family vanishes from public view forever and karma finds them. And that's just the good things I wish on them.

This guy nails it. Absolutely corrupt administration.

What's sad is we knew it all along, they just made Trump the faux patsy. Just blamed him for everything they were actually doing.

Nobody, and I mean nobody is surprised by this.

The only thing I am wondering about is; did Biden know he was granting a pardon to his son?

So a great point on X. POTUS should not be able to grant pardons after they lose elections. Election day should be the deadline unless they are term limited out and not part of the election.

That would be changing the historical nature of how Presidents can grant pardons..... As usual, I am against [most] change, expecially when there is historical precedence for it.

As for the Hunter pardon;
Joe didn't run, so he didn't lose.
Joe many not have 'limited out' on his presidency, but he is so fucking old, he did limit out.

As I said before, EVERYONE saw this coming.

It's reported that this pardon could have backfire on Biden. With a full pardon, Hunter loses 5th Amendment protection regarding self-incrimination. Thus, he would be compelled to testify without that protection in any investigation into the dirty deeds regarding his family -- as well as himself. And if he refuses, he can be jailed for contempt.

Which would make me happy, especially if someone makes him his prison bitch.

I'd like to hear about the case-law that explains how he can lose a right because of a pardon.

I took that statement, when I heard it, as spin.
