Re: January 20th, 2025
What a good day.
I have never been so happy in my 66 years to see a president and vice-president leave office as I was today. Fuck you, Joe Biden. An utter piece of shit and irredeemable scumbag crook.
Onward.

Blaming the weather but no doubt he doesn't want to get shot by a drone or sniper being sworn in.
Biden just pardoned Fauci and a bunch of demon political hacks last minute.
Why? If they haven't been convicted yet of any crimes???
These bastards leave themselves now open to investigation. Will Pete go hunting? Time will tell.
Busy day for Trump. A load of exec. orders to sign.
Let's freakin go!
Mariners as cold as the ice today in NYC!
Pam Bondi is Trumps pick for DOJ.
So I guess it would be Pam actually.

LOL, I love how he called Adam Schiff "scum" from the Oval Office. That was life-affirming to me.

Same here. I try to support the President no matter who it is, but that man is such a complete disappointment. He blamed "MAGA Republicans" every time he couldn't do what he wanted, he's so dull that he would have fit in perfectly with the early-to-mid 1800s Presidential roster, and then over the last several months his true colors really came out to the point where even the Democrats were like, "What an asshole".
There are things about Trump that I'm not fond of, but it's apparent that this country would have been a lot better off if he'd been in charge the last four years. Funny thing is, it's probably better that he's getting these four more years instead of those four because more citizens are behind him now than four years ago.

It also gave Trump the time to assess who to select for which jobs. Last time he needed help navigating the Washington Swamp. This time, he knows what he's getting into.

Yup, it's best in the long run that he got sidelined for the past four years. It's been enough time for the great middle of voters to shift after realizing just how bad the grifter Biden and his gang of idiots have FUBAR'd everything in the name of climate change and DEI, among a laundry list of other gaffes. The other part of it is that we are a notoriously impatient nation, and technology has made us even more impatient than ever.DavidGee24 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 21, 2025 8:36 pmSame here. If you go back to just the past 100 years of presidential elections, you will see it is split dead down the middle on whether a Dem or a Republican has won. You can go back even to the second election of 1792, the first year they ran with political parties, and see that American are mercurial with who they want in power at any given time. We like change and forward thinking, progress. The problem with the Dems this year, besides incompetence, corruption and stupidity, is they tried to shove the wrong kind of change down our throats. Nobody thinks Trump is a Messiah. He's personally abrasive, he rambles on and is a narcissist for sure. But he has a far better handle on righting the ship at this juncture, and on we go.

Trump will go down as the greatest president in American history and we get a front row seat. It’s so enjoyable
