The transgender movement. Nothing terrifies 60 year old men more than people they almost never encounter and will have the opportunity to misgender maybe once or twice in their lives... and heaven forbid be corrected.

But, but... THEY ARE PLAYING IN WOMEN'S SPORTS!!! Yeah, like 40 of the them country wide... again, the biggest concern among 60 year old men is transgender females competing in about .0001% of women's athletics across the country.

AND THE DRAG SHOW READINGS!!! AHHHH!!!

You go get em fellas! COMMON SENSE WILL PREVAIL!
You sure try and protect something that doesn't exist pretty strongly. There is no such thing as a transgender, and never will be.

But please....go on ranting.
Oh I'm sorry...

You geezers never shut up about it... so I reply.

It's constant blithering despite it being non-existent in your lives other than this obsession you've made it.

Trans people are just the next people of that Conservatives want to target and hate. In the 90's in was the gays. From 2001-2016 it was Muslims. From 2016-2020 it was Mexicans. From 2020-present it's trans people.

Don't believe me? Look at how ass hurt Trump and Co. got when the mean bishop lady asked them to show compassion to marginalized groups in the name of Christianity.

How in the hell did a thread about wildfires in California devolve into LGBTQIAAAA rights? The ladies in charge of LA and the Fire Department are incompetent. That's all anyone needs to know. We should thank them for driving a nail into the coffin of those who support so-called "Climate Change!"

California... where you spend money and get nothing.

The good news is our fire chief is a lesbian

Bill Maher is the modern day version of George Carlin. The voice of reason. What a sad world.
He's anti-leftist but that alone doesn't make him a voice of reason because he compromises intellectually (in order to appease his audience) by attacking rational views held by conservative thinkers. Just a few years ago he joined his audience in laughing at guest Dennis Prager for warning them about the coming transgender movement and it's position that men can get pregnant, then over the ensuing years acknowledged (and derided) those things.

I found this amusing. When it comes to saving lives and property during a fire, which is of the utmost importance?

Well, promoting diversity, of course.

I had to switch my residency from on Liberal state to another. MA to CA at the beginning of the year. Both have state income tax. That was the only change to my payroll. My semi monthly take home pay is $360 lower so $720 a month more in taxes a MONTH to CA than MA. At least I feel safe that this house won't burn down.

Just wait until they figure out you have to pony up more money to build condos and apartments in the fire ravaged areas to pay the developers! Have fun, Darren!

WELCOME TO CALIFORNIA - ENJOY THE STICKER SHOCK!

On the upside: middle of winter - shorts, t shirt, sunshine. Fucking LOVE it here. Oust Newsome and Bass and hope for the best. Palisades fires are officially out!

Have you ever driven up to Neptune's Net? PCH, Ventura county line - seafood place/ biker bar. You should grab the dogs and Lynda and do it - mini road trip - beautiful drive up PCH - plenty of fried seafood. :) Stones throw from the Camarillo outlet mall if you need to further entice Lynda.

Went to LA in a January many years ago. Temps in the 60's and all the natives were walking around in parkas! Me? I was in shorts and a t-shirt!
