Anyone still think Julio is the best option to lead off? I thought it was settled last year that it's not a good idea.

Who else do we have. Robles was the dream. We can try Jp again. Idk Julio is not a leadoff hitter or a hitter at all. Homer and there that's bout it.Sibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Wed Apr 09, 2025 10:36 pmAnyone still think Julio is the best option to lead off? What's especially sad is that all this shitty baseball is happening in front of the home fans. This is REALLY the product ownership WANTS to put on the field for their paying customers?
Hey, bases loaded and nobody out. We might score!

I'd give Bliss a shot. Maybe shoot him up with pheno-barbitol and Quaaludes and convince him to stand one inch off the strikezone to draw a hbp.seth8734 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 09, 2025 10:39 pmWho else do we have. GOOD
IDEA
I go back to the old model. Put him in the Griffey 3-hole. Tell him to think like the traditional 3-hole model. Give him a few weeks, then move him down a spot if he doesn't perform to 4th, then 5th until he's rooted in the 9-spot. MAKE him earn his way back up. Mental, psychological slap in the face.
Rocky Colavito is a Hall of Famer in my book!

Wow, Garver just got three hanging COOKIES. He whiffed on the first one, foul-tipped the second one, and popped up the third one. You can't even make this shit up.
