Good God what an insane travel day. $259 mi from Morro Bay California up to Brandon State Park 50 miles east of Oakland. Left at 10:00 a.m. and just got here a half hour ago. We will be here over a week so we can relax.

I'm ok with this lineup, but at what point does Rivas get to play again? Hi slash line is .341/.471/.837 with good speed on the bases and good defense. Seems to be a forgotten man since Moore came back. I've always liked his game since last year.

Relegating him to a late game pinch-runner or defensive replacement just doesn't seem appropriate given his performance to date.
