Read in the Times this morning that Dan said, "Another tough one". What a revelation! Wouldn't it be refreshing if he said, "unacceptable offense again. We swung at pitches a foot out of the strike zone and were late of a heater that barely reached 95 with little movement. We need to show more discipline or heads will roll."

DW is a total joke. He needed to spend a decade managing in the farm system but instead he's learning on the job with the big league team. That isn't his fault, but he probably would have been wise to only accept being interim manager to finish the season last year.

The kicker was that it was our 7-8-9 hitters who loaded the bases with good ABs and then our 1-2-3 hitters who crapped themselves. That had to just suck the life out of the crowd.
