Risk: LBJ, who very possibly could have gotten elected in 1968 anyway, ends up spending the rest of his life in prison over something that not only wasn't guaranteed to work (if those shots were off by at least six inches, JFK lives), but that would in all likelihood had unraveled quickly whether successful or not.

That guy can disagree all he wants, I've got simple human nature which trumps everything that he can come up with. LBJ wasn't some inner city high school dropout weighing the consequences of burglarizing someone's house, he was an intelligent well-to-do politician who could actually think hey...what if this insane plot to murder the President in broad daylight in front of a bunch of witnesses doesn't work?

I don't think it was Epstein's body they carried out, so I certainly wouldn't put anything past them.

I don't think it was Epstein's body they carried out, so I certainly wouldn't put anything past them.

Very interesting. I'd read somewhere that when Jack Ruby took part in Operation Bayonet he used this German fellow Oskar Schindler as his informant and that Schindler provided him with a list of targets. They should make a movie about that.
