Also, Obama did not brief or consult with congress or the Pakistanis prior to the operation to take out OBL or the drone strike that took out Anwar Al-Awlaki and his son 2 weeks later, both U.S. citizens. But sure, Trump is a loose cannon and needs to have his war powers restricted.

Middle eastern religious fanatics definitely bring up the rear in terms of IQ for specific groups of people.
