Right here, that guy? ... he's a physical specimen. But to be able to watch him interact with his teammates, how he conducted himself on the sidelines, interact with the coaches... and then all the different people that have coaches him over the years, getting their insight, their input about the work ethic - and that's really what stands out..."

You could combine Usain Bolt with Ghandi but if he can't throw he is never going to be a QB in the NFL.

He's got a roster spot because they used a 3rd round pick on him more than anything. It's just a question of whether they would feel comfortable bringing him into a game in what could be a high pressure situation and i'm guessing they'd rather not.

Sure, but he is Usain Bolt with a tremendously strong arm and the work ethic of Gandi to improve it. I think the work ethic is what's key. I also think even if he isn't a qb hell play in the NFL, and his character plays a part in that. I think him and Williamson are similar that way

He's got a roster spot because they used a 3rd round pick on him more than anything. It's just a question of whether they would feel comfortable bringing him into a game in what could be a high pressure situation and i'm guessing they'd rather not.

But its about why they used the pick on him. They want to try and develop him.
