Miller hasn’t had a quality start all year. I would have moved him to the bullpen and started Hancock who has 5 quality starts and multiple shorter outings with less than 3 runs

Miller still gives you a better chance than Hancock, Evans, or anyone else in the Tacoma starter group.

Miller is hanging his secondary stuff.. if he can start to throw more competitive splitters and spinning pitches he'll be tough.

The fastball command has been good.

He just hung that splitter and got lucky.

I think he's allowed 3 hits in 0-2 counts today... can't do that.
