I want to open up my own sports museum that celebrates peak dominance rather than 20 years of reliability.

That's how the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame works. Look at the 2025 inductees. Soundgarden and Bad Company had five-year runs. Cyndi Lauper had one big album and one other big hit song. Chubby Checker literally is known for one song which must have REALLY dominated that one week in September of 1960 when it was #1 on the Billboard charts.

I mean it's in the name. It's the Hall of Fame. It should be about how famous you were at your peak. I'm sure you could compile a nice contrast of well known and loved players that aren't in the HOF versus much lesser known guys that were enshrined.

Famous people often flame out. They're rock stars.

caught watching the impending doom heading his way and didn't secure the ball.

Thanks for posting that, watching that video really brought back some memories. I actually only watched the game live to the point in the 1st quarter when Kaepernick ripped off the 50 yard run. I felt like if i continued watching it only more and more bad things would happen. This feeling i believe came from the effect that watching Super Bowl XL in 2006 had on my psyche - it really permanently damaged my ability to watch Seahawk games without a nagging sense of unease. But anyway, i think i checked back in on the radio in the 3rd quarter a little before the TD pass to Kearse. Later i watched highlights but i never watched the full game, until now. What strikes me is how dialled in all the players on both teams were. I didn't see a single dropped pass or personal foul. A clean game played at the highest level.

So you know more about where the hand-off should be than a former NFL quarterback? Anyway, i'm pretty sure RBs are supposed to be looking at the players in front of them and not the ball during the hand-off.

the lack of seahawk respect really seems to come down to Darnard, PFF has them ranked 20th
