Okay, so fire all of them, start over, problem is that isn't happening, so the only recourse i feel i have is hoping it works.

That's the Seattle way. They will all lose their job, and you will post fifty six articles this summer about how JS did it and why these new guys are the answer. Book it.

The lack of pre season play is league wide…not just us. Geno almost threw for 400 yards today.

This offense is what everyone screamed for, it’s what the head coach wanted. Donn Beach posted four articles a day this summer about how the 17 run game coaches they hired along with Kubiak were going to cure all that ails this offense. Then? This happens today and everyone pisses and moans about the offense we all knew they were going to call and the fucking Head Coach calls out all the players. What a joke.

Darnold is who he is…his is the offense they wanted. Acting like this O Linr and these backs are just gonna shove it down field against loaded boxes is ridiculous. But get used to it. Pretty sure I said this all summer. But everyone in here wanted to read Donn’s articles and lap it up with the local media,

It’s a bad offense, run by guys afraid of their own shadows. Last year they made moves Immediately at LB, and watched the same turds up front destroy the offense. And somehow we still managed a decent passing game. Had to throw that all out because we wanted this. How awesome for us.
Yes, Geno had a big day, and Bills/Ravens and Steelers/Jets were shootouts. However, there was a lot of terrible offense in the league yesterday. The Texans and Giants didn't reach the end zone, the Panthers and Dolphins didn't reach the end zone until garbage time, and even the Lions laid a big egg. Seven games had final scores that were more than ten points under the "under", with another two games coming close to being ten points under. That's a LOT. Only three games were over the "over" and only one exceeded it by ten points of more. Vikings/Bears tonight will probably be a snoozefest.

I'm not saying our offense is going to turn into something great, but it sure as hell isn't going to be like yesterday that often. I wouldn't be surprised if this team goes into Pittsburgh next weekend pissed off and does a lot better job moving the football and scoring points.

Jesus we make a lot of excuses in Seattle.

230 yard of offense was better than only Miami, the Titans and Cincy.
146 yards passing was better than only 6 teams.
30% on third down was better than only New England, the Giants, Houston and Tennessee
22 minutes of time of possession was less than a minute better than ONLY Miami

There is nothing good to say about that that isn't a massive homerish excuse. They sucked, point blank they sucked.
12 out of 30 teams that played out gained us by over 100 yards. A 13th in Cleveland gained 97 more.
9 of 30 teams threw for over 200 more yards than us.
21 of 30 teams scored more points than us, with a mere 5 scoring fewer. But at least we are better than Tennessee, Carolina, Houston, Miami and the G Men right?

But this and but that. Fucking A man, they sucked. Nothing but excuses to say otherwise. And more buying into the bullshit they fed us about how it wasn't anyone's fault besides Grubb and Huff.

No one plays pre-season, everyone operates under the same practice rules, and all but 3 teams out gained us and all but 5 outscored us. But yeah, I am sure the rules are somehow slanted unfairly towards us and we shouldn't fret. Don't look behind the curtain, our fifteen new offensive specialists will fix this in a week, even though they couldn't fix it in months already.

Again, only Seahawk fans would blame a Corner Back for a loss in a game they threw for less than 150 and ran for less than 90, held the ball for 22 minutes and converted three out of ten first downs and scored one fucking TD.

huh, i posted a ton of shit about JS being on a hot seat. I posted shit from smith years ago about JS needing a hot seat back when all you were doing was complaining about PC. I posted shit about nobody believing in the new look seahawks, I posted one just the other day, where they had them 20th. Its not about agreeing or disagreeing, its about what people are talking about. I post what I find interesting, I can understand you finding that hard to grasp. You and your constant trolling

I'm trolling? You post other opinions and then get pissed if someone calls you out on it. You then blame the content. I share my opinion, and then defend it. How the fuck is that trolling? For once, tell me what stance I have taken that you don't agree with? I realize that might force you to have your own opinion, and might blow your brain, but give it a shot for once.

You posted numerous articles about how Kubiak and his Magnificent 7 were going to fix all that ails us. How'd that look after an entire summer of trying it? Oh, then you post a comment from MM calling out the players. Funny how now that he has his coaches, it's no longer the coaches fault.

And don't get me started about how a rookie QB played sixty minutes of football in an offense completely unsuited for him...so the coaches could see him get in and out of the huddle. Jesus Hopped up Christ.

You aren't trolling  calls me on what? Let's say I post an article on how the new seahawk offense is supposed to work. Why am I then obligated to defend it as being what's going to happen? I doubt even the author would be wiling to do that. It's putting together pieces, trying to figure out how things could work. I don't know fuck about it, that's all i am doing is trying to learn. You don't agree with it, fine with me. I am curious to get opinions.

You have drawn your conclusions, its not going to work, they are idiots from Jody on down, okay. I don't have a problem with that, it just doesn't leave much room for discussion. And that's how i see this, a discussion board

Did you buy into it? Again, what is YOUR opinion? If you don't have one, fine...but you post content, I assume to spark conversation? And then get pissy when it stirs conversation. No, I did NOT think that Kubiak was all we needed to turn this offense around. I thought that Sam is a DOWNGRADE to Geno, but was OK with it because I figured this was damn near a throw away season. Kupp right now? Down Grade over DK. I pulled no punches in saying that, as well as saying extending the GM that built this is stupid. I state my opinion, and then defended it as needed. You should try that.

You have drawn your conclusions, its not going to work, they are idiots from Jody on down, okay. I don't have a problem with that, it just doesn't leave much room for discussion. And that's how i see this, a discussion board
Again, how is this not a discussion? It's not a discussion because instead of actually having and opinion? You post other's opinions, then get mad if you are asked to defend the opinion that you brought to the table. It would be a discussion if instead of telling me it's not your thought, but the author, you actually told me what I said that you disagree with. THAT is a discussion. But to call me posting my fucking opinion is trolling? What have I trolled? I told you from day one Grubb and Huff were handcuffed and then scapegoated. I certainly see no reason to change that opinion now? Do you?

Grubb is an idiot, doesn't understand the NFL game, blah fucking blah. Grubb offense by game last year.

304 yards versus Denver
358 yards versus New England
370 yards versus Miami
516 yards versus Detroit
333 yards versus G Men
358 yards versus 49ers
339 yards versus Atlanta
233 yard versus Buffalo This place was in an uproar about that day. Still better than yesterday
424 yards versus the Rams
289, 285 and 259 three straight weeks against 9ers, Cards and Jets. All wins, 20, 16 and 26 points. Better than yesterday, by far
409 against Arizone
208 against Green Bay
361 against the Vikings - we lost because the defense gave up a three play TD drive to Darnold. But many point to this game as Grubb has to go.
265 in a win over the Bears
336 against the Rams

17 games, one single time did his offense gain fewer yards that Kubiak did on day one. Grubb was fired for having a top 10 passing game despite the running game sucked. Kubiak is having excuses made for him because despite the promise that all we needed was him and his Squad? They couldn't do shit on the ground or in the air.

A loss to Green Bay and a victory over Chicago in shitty conditions. The ONLY times we scored fewer than we did yesterday under Grubb. But Grubb was the idiot that had to go and THIS is what we had to have? Bullshit. Schneider is a dipshit....and he gets an extension for it.
