It's pretty clear you know very little about him.
Trying to stay respectful... but 100% of political influencers are paid to push an agenda. It pays money to get on a stage and vilify people/try to make them look stupid. The whole "liberals are _______ prove me wrong" is 100% made of grifters.

Cenk Uygur and he are perfect examples of this. They both have made fortunes off it. Cenk said Charlie was 100x more respectable of those he differs with off camera.

Him in front of college students was an act.
Again you don't know what you're talking about. Referring to him as an "influencer" betrays your ignorance. He began his Turning Point America project at the age of 19 without any name recognition, only his smarts which, by the way, came from his own dedication to learning independently.
Hey good for him. He then took millions on top of millions of dollars of dark, conservative money to pedal their influence.

Exactly Lazy as Fuck SOB and complete BS. He is a conservative so he must be a blow hard for clicks GTFO with that shit. He was the one guy that embraced honest good faith debate and treated idiot libs with respect. Obviously a far better man than I.
Who said only Conservatives do that? There are plenty of Liberals who do the same thing.

Notice how I said, "100% of political influencers are paid to push an agenda."

TPUSA is about the furthest thing from independent media as possible. He was paid to push mega donor agendas... there's really no way around it.

Popular, young Conservatives simply weren't a thing... the party was considered purely for the old about a decade ago. You don't think rich conservatives were on the lookout for something like this? He wrote about donations in his book from Conservative mega donors that launched the company.

"The most recent study of TPUSA’s financing identified the source of roughly 43 percent of their revenue, over $11.1 million, between 2014 and 2018. Much of this budget comes from individual and foundation donors tied to the Koch’s donor network, including the Bradley Foundation and DonorsTrust, which provided $2.3 million. Several other key donors are family foundations tied to individuals that have been invited to attend Koch’s secretive donor seminars, like Thomas W. Smith, Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner, and the DeVos family. Foster Friess, an attendee of Koch’s summits, provided the seed money for TPUSA in 2012. FreedomWorks president Adam Brandon sits on the group’s advisory board along with Friess, Deason, and Ginni Thomas (the wife of Koch summit attendee and Supreme Court Justice, Clarence Thomas).

Funding from Rauner and Friess appears largely responsible for the group’s budget increases from $52,000 in 2012 to $5.5 million in 2016. By 2017 the budget reached $8 million, and according to Kirk, that included funding from donors “in the fossil fuel space.” This may explain why TPUSA chapters have led fights against carbon divestment efforts on college campuses."

If anything I'm paying him a compliment. I don't think he was as big of an ass hat as the political theater portrayed. I think he was paid to be an asshat and drum up controversy to exploit Conservative rage. Was he a Conservative? Absolutely. But he was paid to be a lunatic. So are many Liberals.

Something weird about the bush man...

This angle makes more sense than the rooftop, this is just to the front right of Charlie.

Look at the crowd he gathered at a college campus. It was a unique form of engagement. Q and A with students at their inspiration. Charlie voiced his faith in Jesus Christ and conservative political view. Yes, plenty of hecklers and dissenters, but genuine discussion, one on one with everyone of civil decorum and across the board concerns. This is where the rubber hit the road and why he was hated. Because he was knowledgeable and could help others walk through their ideas to perhaps more sound conclusions. It was a mission of conversion. Colleges are ironically bastions of ignorance, but within those large student bodies are real seekers of truth. Kirks sessions were in contrast to the postmodern wokeness peddled by the tenured professorships. They were alive and spirited.

You would think after the Trump assassination attempt the security teams would say, "Hey maybe we should monitor the roofs of nearby buildings" Unreal.

Presidents are one thing, but didn't seem like anyone with a mainstream conservative opinion needed a security detail.
Leftists are insane death cultists and always have been.

Note I said "Leftists" not liberals.

I also doubt Charlie was anything like the person he conveyed on stage. That is the unfortunate reality is that in this space... if you want to be influential and make a living, you have to be controversial. For the most part... they're acting. It draws clicks and attention. This sort of stuff sells and it sold for Charlie.
Apparently it's working. Get everyone riled up so they turn on each other. The idea that people get so wrapped up in political theater is a sad testament to the human race. Especially to the point where they feel that violence will somehow resolve their disagreements. Nothing new. I have a feeling that we will never know who actually killed him.

There is a close range vide of him getting shot in the neck from only about 20 feet away. Blood starts gushing out like water out of a garden hose. I thought it was fake but it wasn't. Absolutely horrific.
I saw the unfiltered video. It was, as you say, horrific.
